Social networking Follow Up.
The Blogger Social Network.
Most blogs SUCK.

So Keith Bloemendaal, has finally followed my advice to start his own personal blog. Not only did he start his own personal blog on my domain name, which I ended up taking back because of his failure to use it in a manner to which was going to get the most exposure out of it. He was co-authoring or co-contributing to a second blog called Blogger LUV. Blogger LUV is just another Wordpress blog and website for social networking butterflies like Keith. I think he gave up on that project.

The blogger network reminds me of the good old days in the beginning of connected computers and BBSing. In the BBS network, there were certain BBSers who stuck together and would gang up on others when attacked. There were also outcasts like me, who preferred to stir up controversy through message boards by standing up to these people. Apparently the only thing that has changed in the decade since BBSing is the format these people use. They are now "Bloggers" and no longer "BBSers". These bloggers are mostly arrogant and ignorant but because of their arrogance they are blind to their ignorance. Some of these old school bloggers may have had great success back in the day, but I believe their power and reach today is much more limited. These bloggers always talk about how much traffic they get, but I am sure bloggers like Ms. Ileane and Rose DesRochers help inflate their statistics for pageviews, hits, and visits.

Let's take a look at some of these social networking bloggers and blogs that I have come across through my interactions with Keith Bloemendaal. There is Wayne Sutton, Rose DesRochers, and my personal favorite lamer, Ms. Ileane. Many lamers saturate their blogs with advertisements, causing their blogs to load slow and providing you with a FREE headache with each visit. Rose DesRochers has commented on Keith's blog 26 times. Keith has commented on Rose's blog 17 times. This excessive crosslinking is typical in the blogger network or community of digital friends. I am surprised that Google does not penalize these blogs and bloggers. Most of their blogs have a Google PageRank of 3 or 4. Many bloggers, like Ms. Ileane, worship tag clouds, Wordpress, and Google Analytics. Ignorance is bliss. I guess social networking is far better than social engineering no matter how much I hate most bloggers.

Extreme John, another blogger, boasts about having written more than 885 blog entries. I believe that less is more, but I like the job he has done branding his name. I think I can get more traffic out of 10 really good articles than all of his 885 posts combined. Having that many blog entries is excessive and out of control, but after all he wanted to be "Extreme". Extreme John has done an AWESOME job of branding himself and his company. MUCH respect given to Extreme John, although we have not officially done any networking.

A blog is not a website, despite what bloggers might say about it. Real website designers know that a blog is just a half ass way of getting information out there. A blog takes very little time to setup, design, or maintain. It is easy, which is why there are so many blogs out there. Bloggers are constantly posting about search engine optimization and how PageRank does not matter, these posts only further my point to their ignorance. They say they don't care about PageRank, but always feel the need to post AND comment about it constantly. It's pretty funny to watch all of these "expert" bloggers blog about nonsense several times a day. I have no interest in being a part of the blogger network and getting or giving them any dofollow links. Their dofollow blogs amuse me to no end.

Conclusion: I am NOT missing out by not networking with these bloggers. Keith Bloemendaal is an exception to the bloggers that I dislike. Keith actually has talent, I just wish he would use his talent on a website and not a blog. In another 6 months or so, I will surpass all of their blog's Google PageRank scores that they claim do not matter, and I will not look back. Blogs are for bloggers who don't possess the skills to be website designers. They can keep their "CommentLuv".

Like Extreme John, another blogger claims to have a ridiculous number of blog posts. This blogger says he has more than 300 posts, but says he only gets 100-300 unique visitors a day. On the high end, thats 1 unique visitor per article per day, I am NOT impressed by your statistics, enormous ego, or Google rankings.

This is exactly the kind of attitude these bloggers have, they are arrogant, think they know everything, and they all network with each other. The blogger network is like a secret society, to which I would rather not be a part of. Let me reiterate that Keith Bloemendaal, has my complete respect, and despite me not thinking much about all of the bloggers he is socially networking with, I don't put him in the same category as them.

Social Networking plays a part and has had a profound effect in media and news, not just business.

Lamers. LulzSecurity is STUPID. LulzSec or LulzSucks.

Fuck the FBI. Fuck the CIA, Fuck the DEA, and the rest of the governmental world. However, saying FUCK the government, and FUCKING with the government are two completely different stories. The FBI, CIA, and Congress, are the ones that can make you disappear for good. LulzSecurity is group of people with anti-social personality disorder who apparently think they are smarter than the rest of the world and won't get caught or punished for everything they have been doing illegally.

"For the past 50 days we've been disrupting and exposing corporations, governments, often the general population itself, and quite possibly everything in between, just because we could. All to selflessly entertain others - vanity, fame, recognition, all of these things are shadowed by our desire for that which we all love. The raw, uninterrupted, chaotic thrill of entertainment and anarchy. It's what we all crave, even the seemingly lifeless politicians and emotionless, middle-aged self-titled failures. You are not failures. You have not blown away. You can get what you want and you are worth having it, believe in yourself. "-LulzSec
